The ills of marriage

There was an article written on Zoutnet Plain Truth web site.  They are claiming that marriage is essentially falling apart.  If you look at the stats, then there is no debate.  Marriage does look like it's falling apart.

The problem is that they say the devil is doing it.  I'm not Christian, so I'm not going to sit here all day and claim that mess.

But I am Asatru.  And I will sit here all day and say that Loki is running rampant.  And here is the problem.  The feminazis have done everything they can to take the brakes off divorce.  Most states are no-fault divorce, and the men are generally "taken to the cleaners" in these courts.

But I can claim slavery on the divorce courts, especially over alimony (and possibly even child support).

So what is slavery?  Slavery is giving a valuable resource or action with no valuable consideration in return.  And if the valuable resource or action is not rendered, then a harsh penalty is enacted (usually jail time).  This is a rough translation of Mack v. U.S.

And the last I checked, Amendment XIII of the Constitution protects us from slavery or involuntary servitude.  And Article VI Clause 2 of the Constitution says that the constitution is the supreme law of the land.

And Marbury v. Madison states that any law that is repugnant to the constitution is not a law and it is not a law as of the moment of it's enactment and becomes a legal fiction (not enforceable).  No citizen is bound to follow it and no judge is bound to enforce it.  I didn't quote the above due to paraphrasing, but it's pretty close to the interpretation.

Finally, watch the videos in the Marbury v. Madison post linked above.  Then get to the law library and start to plot this stuff out yourself.

It is invaluable to watch the videos in the other post.  It will lay some bedrock to the information that you need.  SO DO IT!!!!!

What is the problem with marriage (from the outside looking in)?

This blog is in response to one of Arron Clarey's blogs on his blog site Captain Capitalism. 

I think one of the wisest investments I ever made was...Dr. Ellen Kreidman's Light Her Fire CD Course on relationships.

In this course, Dr. Ellen teaches men what women want from men to have successful relationships and marriages.  The only thing is that when I purchased the CD Set (Initially on Tape Cassette), I was too young to realize how to use the information correctly.  Not to mention that back when I purchased the set I had Social Anxiety (I mean, what does someone with no girl and social anxiety need with this set?).

However, I learned much from this tape set and sometimes I wonder if men and women really realize how simple the dynamic really is.

The problem with many relationships and marriages is that both people get lazy.  The man does what needs to be done to put a ring on the woman's finger and a signature on a piece of paper.  About 6 months...maybe a year after that date, he just goes "I got her, why do I need to put in any more effort?"

Now guys, before you say anything, there are some women that do the Jekyll and Hyde trick as well.  One of my close friends had that change trick happen to him, too.  And his marriage only lasted about 7 months before separation papers were served (and I was the one that officiated the wedding...we're Asatru, in case you didn't notice my Avatar icon.)

Anyway, the woman wants to know that she is number one in your life, and if you give her that attention, then she (in theory) will support you in any of your goals.  The "problem" is that in being number one, she needs to have her emotional needs met outside the bedroom.  That (and a couple of other things) are how you keep her loyal and faithful.

Not only will she be loyal and faithful, but she will (in theory) make sure you are please inside the bedroom.

However, when she falls below number one for long periods of time and doesn't get her emotional needs met...she starts to get wandering eyes.  The wandering eyes turn into seeing a "new BFF".  Then the next thing you know, she's cheating on you.

Now guys, don't get me wrong, she understands that you have a job that needs to get done and you need to bring home money to sustain the family.  However, do you really need to stay at work until 8 or 9 at night?

If you do, then you probably need to not get married.  Or if you want to get married, then find a job that might pay a little less and give you better hours.  Otherwise you will have the woman that is mentioned above.

The other option that the woman can take is she knows you like a fit woman.  However, the problem is that you don't pay attention to her anymore.  After the first kid comes along...what incentive does she have to lose that baby fat.  You don't pay attention to her, and it take effort to stay skinny and look attractive for you.  She will just sit in front of the "boob tube" and eat bon-bons.  She will put on the weight, and the next thing you know, you have a fat sow sitting in from of you.

So the bottom line is to keep doing the work you were doing in the beginning.  Yes, even after you're married.  Your woman will love you for it, and you will have a happier life for it as well.

Marbury v. Madison

Marbury v. Madison is a landmark case in US history.  It was tried before the Marshall Court in 1803.

Basically, in the last 24 Hrs of Adam's presidency, he packed empty federal court benches with staunch federalists (would basically be the Democrats today) before the Republican President Jefferson took over.

At this point, Chief Justice Marshall was actually Secretary of State Marshall, and he was tasked with distributing the commissions to the new judges.  At the last hour Marchall had distributed all but seventeen of the commissions.

Upon learning of Adam's scheme, President Jefferson and Secretary of State Madison said that they were not going to deliver the remaining commissions.  And one of these remaining writs belonged to William Marbury.

Before I continue, I should note that one of the writs was for Supreme Court Chief Justice, and that when to Secretary of State Marshall.  So in Marbury v. Madison, marshall is the Chief Justice.

So now Marbury has placed a Writ of Mandamus before the Supreme Court and against Madison to distribute the remaining writs. 

Marshall had a dilemma.  He either could rule that the remaining commissions had to be dispersed.  The problem with this is that there was no way at the time to enforce court rulings against the Executive.  Madison could just thumb his nose at the court at that point and not deliver the remaining commissions.  This would ruin the legitimacy of the court essentially from the start of our country.

Also, another thing that Marshall considered is that the Republican congress could attempt to impeach Marshall if he ruled to distribute the commissions.

Marshall's solution was such.  He could issue writs to compel Madison to do his duty and deliver the remainder of the commissions.  However, the writ was authorized by the Judicial Act of 1789, NOT the Constitution of the United States.

Now Marshall write in his decision the famous lines that you may have heard at one point or another (especially, if you took Political Science for one of your electives). "A law that is repugnant to the Constitution is not a law."  There is more to it than that, and the extra is very telling (in a good sense) as well.

This ruling made it to where the court could not issue such ruling because even though in the Judicial Act of 1789 the court had Original Jurisdiction over such writs and decisions, Article III of the United States Constitution does not give the courts that original jurisdiction.

However, what most people don't know is that you can still use that principle today to overturn most of our laws.  The reason why it hasn't been done is two-fold.

We don't represent ourselves in court.  We hire British Accrediting Registry Attorneys to represent us.  And their first loyalties are to the court... NOT YOU.

Second, those British Accrediting Registry Attorneys are trained to do procedure, and not to consider any of these laws.  Their paralegals might know about alot of this, or they may be so compartmentalized that they can't even see it.

I would strongly urge you to at least give this guy a listen.  You will learn alot about our constitution and alot of the American Jurisprudence and Case law surrounding all your rights therein.

What is MGTOW about?

What is MGTOW?

MGTOW is an acronym which stands for Men Going Their Own Way.

For the most part, these are men that put other priorities before women.  In other words, they put their work or various hobbies before women.  Three balanced examples of this would be me, Dr. Paul Elam, and Brent Smith.  We have our own hobbies that we are into and our own business enterprises that we work on.  Women in our lives are great, but those women must understand that what we are working on will be before them.

However, there is a darker side to MGTOW.  These are the ones on forums and YouTube that generally have MGTOW or some derivative of the acronym in their screennames, typically.  I have seen enough of their videos to know that some of these personalities are a little off their rockers.

I mean, they are willing to spend their whole lives yerking to porn or having relations with blow-up-dolls/japanese sex dolls rather than have a real flesh-and-blood woman in their lives.  They can live that life if they want to.  However, I would rather have a couple priorities ahead of women, but still enjoy the friendship and "lovin'" of good women in my life.  This just makes life more pleasant.

And these MGTOW are the true misogynists that the Feminiazis bark about.  I would urge you to watch some of their vids sometime.  You will see what I'm talking about.  There was one guy that was a landlord who said that he would never rent to women again.  He says they are too much drama and too immature to handle proper troubleshooting of home repair (such as using a plunger to unstop a toilet.)

Well, I see that guy eventually getting sued for discrimination.  And in my opinion, if he does discriminate based on gender, then he is violating that woman's Human Rights as laid out in the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

So, wrapping up, there are two types of MGTOW.  There are the types that are coming from a place of love and there are those that come from a place of hate.  And ladies, the men coming from a place of love are just finding hobbies that mean more to them than women, but we also enjoy the women in our lives.  It's just that women may be in second or third place.  We enjoy their company, and if they want to be with us, we enjoy their love and their companionship.

The other MGTOWs hate themselves.  You can just feel the hate vibe just oozing from the screen while listening to their videos (it really is listening, these guys put up still pictures in their vids and are too scared to show their faces to the public).  And if they hate themselves, then how in the world can they have the capacity to love anyone...THEY CAN'T.

It's all in your mind!

...No matter what your experience

No matter what your experience is, it is really all in your head.

That's right...you made it up.

Are you a young man suffering from a porn/masturbation/orgasm (PMO) addiction?  You made it up.

Are you a young woman trying to starve yourself to look like the magazines?  Again, you made it up.

Are you a man or woman that is suffering with social anxiety?  You really want to get out and socialize with people, but the thought of doing so just scares you to death?  You made that up, too.

There may be other things that are negatively impacting your life right now, and no matter what it is...you made it up.

Now I'm not making fun of you.  As a guy, I suffered from the first and last situations for most of my life thus far.  And as for the starving young lady, I don't know what you are going through personally, but I can imagine what you are going through.

I just recently got over a PMO addiction and i know how debilitating it can be.  In fact, if this is your issue, then you need to check out this site here.  It is a valuable resource on what PMO does to you and how to overcome it.

However, the overarching theme is that you made this stuff up.  You subconsciously affirmed to yourself that this is the life you are going to live.  And you did this for whatever reason you had at the time.

The thing is that the reason made sense then.  But now you may or may not notice that it is dragging you down.

There is a way out of this mess!

I know because I am using it.  The solution is so simple.

Whatever it is that ails you...that you feel is negatively impacting your life or holding you back...

...you just have to change the way you see these situations.  You have to change it 180 degrees.

For instance, if you have a problem with PMO, then you would change that to I am free on Porn and Masturbation.  Tell yourself this every evening before going to bed and every morning before waking up.  This will set a habit for you.  Eventually, this affirmation will replace your PMO habits and get you off the porn sites.

You can string a whole lot of these affirmations together to form one long montage of positive positioning statements.  This montage is what Brent Smith calls a story.  This is the most effective way to turn your life around.  And in a very profound way.

I know.  I'm living proof.  I used to just keep to myself when going out to meet people.  This was due to social anxiety.  But I've been using this story method for about 35 days now.

In that 35 days I have freed myself from PMO, I greet everyone I come across and try to do something to brighten up that person's day.  I have even started playing the Trumpet again.

Again, you made it up.  It's all in your head.

So get your montage together and make the change in your mindspace that you want to project into the world and make it happen.

What is #womenagainstfeminism?

#womenagainstfeminism is a Tumbler and Facebook page of women that have essentially had enough with feminism.  They are tired of the way feminism acts in their name.

They are tired of being told that they have "buried Misogyny" when they decided to be stay-at-home mothers rather than working out in the "real world."

As a side note to the previous statement, I am single and have to handle all the housework.  I will tell you that doing housework might not last as long as being out in the "real world", but it is every bit as hard physically.  Therefore I have just as much respect for a woman would wants to stay at home as I do a woman that want to work in the real world.

But I digress.  These women are tired of the oppression that is actually exhibited by "third wave" feminism as it exists today.  These organizations are nothing more than Communist organizations that practice the Frankfurt School of Communism.  And this form of Communism is designed by it's very nature to tear down all aspects of society in order to build a new society...a Communist society.

Lastly, where feminism embraces collectivism and group think...these women seem to be embracing individualism.  The bedrock foundation of true Americana.  We're talking Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self evident: that all men [and women] are created equal; that they are endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness..."

This is definitely a movement whose time has come.

Finally, a note to the Feminazis...

Now a little PSA to all the spoiled little brat feminiazis (maybe femicommies would be more accurate...?) out there.  You may post on this page.  However, if you come in here with your half-baked women's studies stats and other logically fallacious horsehocky...you must support the claims with facts and evidence.

Facts and evidence can be gathered from two different places.

1) Government websites

2) Studies from credible peer-review journals
